Inside

As we enter the apartment, we find ourselves in a small corridor leading to 3 rooms: on each side, there are 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and directly ahead is a spacious living room from the entrance.

On the right side of the living room, there’s an American-style, fully equipped kitchen with a window and a dining area.

On the left side, you’ll find a comfortable seating area for relaxation, complete with a window that offers views of the mountains and a spot to catch a view of the ocean.

In the apartment, there’s also a fully-equipped bathroom with a shower and a toilet, along with a washing machine.

Outside

It should be noted that the owners of the apartment have enclosed the 6m2 terrace with large windows, which means that there is no outside space as such, it has enlarged the interior space.

Parque Santiago 2 – The Complex.

Parque Santiago 2 is a great holiday resort located in Las Americas. 

The complex consists of a number of apartments and villas where you can enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Parque Santiago 2 is known for its lovely gardens and great sized heated swimming pools.

The resort has direct access to the seafront promenade and easy access to the many great restaurants, bars, and shops in the area.

It’s a fantastic, all-year-round holiday destination, so properties here make good investment options as well and holiday homes.

In addition the resort offers a fitness centre, mini-golf, and tennis courts. 

Las Américas – The town

Playa de Las Américas is the real centre for the tourist trade of Tenerife and has been since the late 50’s early 60’s when land that had very little use due to the lack of water and general hot climate was developed with hotels, apartment blocks and sandy beaches.

One of the attractions of Las Américas is Las Veronicas commonly known as “The Strip”. 

Apart from the nightlife in Las Américas there is an abundance of water sports both in Las Américas itself and slightly outside, in Puerto Colon. 

Restaurants, bars and cafés are plentiful in Playa de Las Américas ranging from typical Spanish tapas bars and restaurants to Thai, Indian and of course British fare. 

There are a few miles of golden sandy beaches that can be walked and are popular pretty much all year round. 

There are many attractions close to the resort such as the two water parks, Aqua Park and Siam Park, both of which are within a short taxi or bus ride and, depending on how fit you feel on the day, could possibly be walked. 

Being a 20 – 25 minute drive away from the airport using the TF1 motorway, it is ideally situated for visitors who land at the South airport. Taxi fares are approximately 25€ – 30€ for a one way trip.
