Here at Tenerife Property Group in Los Cristianos we’ve been in business since 2009…I know, a stupid time to set up a business right in the middle of a financial crisis but plenty of world famous businesses started out that way.

We made it through the bad times and out the other side without much damage so there’s got to be something to be said for that.

We obviously help people buy and sell property in Tenerife…but maybe more importantly than that, we actually care about the result for our clients…and yes, if you’re a buyer or a seller working with us, we care about you both…equally.

I know that sounds corny but if you ask any number of people who have bought or sold through us…you’ll almost certainly get the same answer as you want to hear…hopefully something along the lines of reliability, trustworthiness, knowledge of the island, not pushy, competent and “hand holding assistance” throughout the whole process.

Whether you’re a buyer or a seller, these are the sort of comments you want to hear if you’re going to put your property business in our hands.

Unfortunately, we can’t have every property that’s for sale on the island on our books, so at times we need to work with other estate agents here who might have the property that we feel might suit you…or maybe we’ve got a property for sale and an agent wants to bring a potential buyer to see the property.

The agents we work with are chosen specifically due to their diligence and work ethic which must match ours, if they don’t fit our criteria, we won’t work with them, plain and simple.

In our eyes, putting people before a purchase or sale is common sense.  Our relationships with both sellers and buyers create a business where everyone is happy…and of course, hopefully because of that, more business is produced in the long run.

The connections that we’ve built up with locals on the island, whether indigenous or not, help us to offer a more thorough, knowledgeable and helpful service to all of our clients.

We’ve got an office in Los Cristianos and although this does give us a preference for properties in the area, we also sell properties in Las Americas, Playa Fañabé, La Caleta, Callao Salvaje, Playa Paraíso, both Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur and all of the surrounding areas in the south of Tenerife.
