We’re pleased to present this 1 bedroom apartment, covering an area of 49m2, located in Playa de las Américas at the Caribe Complex. It has a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach.

Inside

Upon entering the apartment, on the left-hand side, we pass by a bathroom with a window, equipped with a shower. As we continue down the corridor, we enter the living-dining area, with the American-style kitchen on the left featuring a bar counter. Thanks to the terrace access points located on two walls, the apartment enjoys excellent natural lighting. The apartment is oriented to the Southwest. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with a window and built-in wardrobes in the apartment.

Outside

The apartment features a corner balcony measuring 8m2, offering a fantastic view of the sea, pool, and the surroundings.

Please note that holiday rentals are not permitted in this complex unless they are conducted through the exploitation company within the hotel.

El Caribe – the complex

The Caribe Complex is located just a short stroll from the beach, shops, eateries, and bars. It offers a fantastic pool area with ample spots for sunbathing, tennis court, elevators, community parking, 24-hour reception, a bar, and a restaurant. Within a brief walk, you can reach attractions like Siam Park and the Siam Mall shopping centre. 

On the opposite side, the renowned Troya Beach and Playa de El Bobo and scenic boardwalk await, not to mention the vibrant nightlife hub of Las Veronicas.

El Caribe is situated just minutes walk from Playa de El Bobo and Playa de Troya and all of the popular bars and restaurants in the area…including the famous Monkey Beach Bar.

The complex offers community parking, a tennis court, a bar, 24h reception and mini golf.

Las Américas – The town

Playa de Las Américas is the real centre for the tourist trade of Tenerife and has been since the late 50’s early 60’s when land that had very little use due to the lack of water and general hot climate was developed with hotels, apartment blocks and sandy beaches.

One of the attractions of Las Américas is Las Veronicas commonly known as “The Strip”. 

Apart from the nightlife in Las Américas there is an abundance of water sports both in Las Américas itself and slightly outside, in Puerto Colon. 

Restaurants, bars and cafés are plentiful in Playa de Las Américas ranging from typical Spanish tapas bars and restaurants to Thai, Indian and of course British fare. 

There are a few miles of golden sandy beaches that can be walked and are popular pretty much all year round. 

There are many attractions close to the resort such as the two water parks, Aqua Park and Siam Park, both of which are within a short taxi or bus ride and, depending on how fit you feel on the day, could possibly be walked. 

Being a 20 – 25 minute drive away from the airport using the TF1 motorway, it is ideally situated for visitors who land at the South airport. Taxi fares are approximately 25€ – 30€ for a one way trip.
