Could this 1-bedroom bungalow, with 2 terraces and a well-designed layout, situated in the peaceful heart of San Eugenio Alto, be your dream home? We invite you to come and take a look.
After passing a small terrace, we enter the house and discover a spacious bedroom complete with a built-in wardrobe and window.
There’s a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, also housing the washing machine.
Continuing on, we step into the cosy living room, with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar on the left-hand side.
Both the kitchen and the bathroom benefit from ceiling windows, allowing natural light to illuminate these areas for extended periods throughout the day.
The living room opens onto a good-sized terrace with ample seating and dining areas, offering sea views. Additionally, there’s the aforementioned smaller terrace at the entrance of the property.
Right in front of the bungalow, there is outdoor parking space.
The complex of Sun Villas is a quiet residential complex, just across the road is a small shopping centre with a well sought after restaurant and chill out bar.
Sun Villas is in Torviscas alto, just a couple of minutes drive to Aqualand Costa Adeje, and about 5-10 minutes drive to San Eugenio, Playa Fañabe.
San Eugenio is right next door to Playa de Las Américas and is split by the motorway, so you have San Eugenio alto and San Eugenio bajo.
Alto, means high and so the upper part of the town is above the motorway and has many holiday complexes and residential homes and complexes, so a reasonable mixture.
Bajo means low…and you’ve guessed it, it’s below the motorway. This area is a mixture of residential and touristic complexes as well, but is more geared to tourism with its bars, shops and restaurants and of course the beaches.
Just a short walk from the San Eugenio shopping centre, which has all of the things you’d expect regarding shops and bars, is Puerto Colón where the day cruises and fishing trips start their journey.
There are also the fabulous beaches of Playas El Bobo and La Pinta and it’s just a short walk from Playa Torviscas and a little further on to Playa Fañabé.
