Inside

Upon entering the apartment, we take a few steps and to the right, through an archway, we enter a fully equipped American-style kitchen. It’s separated from the living room by a breakfast bar.

Continuing on, you’ll find the spacious, well-lit living room, which offers access to one of the two balconies in this apartment.

Taking a few steps down from the entry of the apartment, we discover a stylish, modern bathroom complete with a fully equipped shower on the right-hand side.

On the left, there’s a generously sized double bedroom featuring a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom also provides access to the second balcony.

The apartment has air conditioning.

Outside

As previously mentioned, this apartment has 2 balconies.

The upper balcony features artificial grass and is equipped with awnings, offering a view towards the ocean.

The lower balcony is pleasantly shaded, offering plenty of room to set up a tranquil chillout area.

Oasis Golf Resort – The Complex

The Oasis Golf Resort is situated opposite the Las Americas golf course, nestled between Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos bay. It’s conveniently close to Playa de las Vistas beach, just 2 km from Europe’s largest waterpark, Siam Park. You’ll also find the Parque Santiago 6 shopping centre nearby, offering a range of amenities such as restaurants, bars, shops, banks, and a supermarket.

The Oasis Golf Resort has a reception area, a spacious swimming pool, a separate pool for children, a lovely sunbathing area, a poolside bar, a restaurant, and a fitness facility.

Las Américas – The town

Playa de Las Américas is the real centre for the tourist trade of Tenerife and has been since the late 50’s early 60’s when land that had very little use due to the lack of water and general hot climate was developed with hotels, apartment blocks and sandy beaches.

One of the attractions of Las Américas is Las Veronicas commonly known as “The Strip”. 

Apart from the nightlife in Las Américas there is an abundance of water sports both in Las Américas itself and slightly outside, in Puerto Colon. 

Restaurants, bars and cafés are plentiful in Playa de Las Américas ranging from typical Spanish tapas bars and restaurants to Thai, Indian and of course British fare. 

There are a few miles of golden sandy beaches that can be walked and are popular pretty much all year round. 

There are many attractions close to the resort such as the two water parks, Aqua Park and Siam Park, both of which are within a short taxi or bus ride and, depending on how fit you feel on the day, could possibly be walked. 

Being a 20 – 25 minute drive away from the airport using the TF1 motorway, it is ideally situated for visitors who land at the South airport. Taxi fares are approximately 25€ – 30€ for a one way trip.
