We’d like to present this magnificent, spacious, recently refurbished apartment situated in Torviscas Alto. The property comes with most of the furniture and is ready for immediate occupancy.
It has an excellent location, making it an ideal choice for either a holiday home or a permanent residence.
Upon entering this apartment, we step into a spacious open living room connected to the fully fitted kitchen, which is open plan and features a window overlooking the entrance terrace.
To the left of the entrance, we find the first double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, followed by a fully furnished bathroom with a shower, and another principal double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and access to the rear terrace.
To enter the apartment, we pass through the initial front terrace adorned with artificial grass, and a beautifully kept garden offering ample seating.
From the living room, we pass through patio doors onto the rear terrace, which also boasts low-maintenance artificial grass. The first section of it is equipped with awnings.
Then, descending a few steps, we find ourselves in the covered chill-out area with a large table and seating, adjacent to which is the barbecue.
Right outside the apartment entrance, at the same level, you’ll find a parking space.
The Porta Nova Complex is a well-maintained two-storey gated community with excellent facilities.
It features a peaceful communal pool and sunbathing area, making it a popular choice.
The complex is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Nearby amenities include the Agua gym and spa, as well as the X-Sur shopping center, offering a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, and cinemas. Conveniently located near the TF1 motorway, it allows quick access to Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos, and the bustling attractions of Costa Adeje.
Additionally, the beautiful beaches of Playa Fañabé and Playa del Duque are just a 20-minute walk away.
Torviscas – The Town
Torviscas is very close to Puerto Colón and Playa de Las Américas and is split by the motorway, so you have Torviscas alto and Torviscas bajo.
Alto, means high and so the upper part of the town is above the motorway and has many holiday complexes and residential homes and complexes, so a reasonable mixture.
Bajo means low…and you’ve guessed it, it’s below the motorway. This area is a mixture of residential and touristic complexes as well, but is more geared to tourism with its bars, shops and restaurants and of course the beaches.
Just a short walk from the centre of Torviscas is Puerto Colón where the day cruises and fishing trips start their journey and there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose form there too.
Right on the doorstep, you’ve got Playa Torviscas and within a short pleasant walk, you’ll also find the popular beaches of Playas El Bobo and La Pinta and going to other way you’ll come across Playa Fañabé.
