The principal bedroom has en suite facilities, while the other two double bedrooms share a fully equipped bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans.
The lounge features sliding doors that lead to a large terrace which offers fantastic, uninterrupted views of the sea and La Gomera.
In addition to the lounge, the main double bedroom also provides access to the terrace via sliding doors.
This property features a splendid swimming pool with plenty of room for relaxation and offers ample space with a lovely veranda, lots of land, pleasant seating areas which one could enjoy using while having morning coffee, a BBQ or eating dinner while watching the sun go down behind La Gomera.
The terrace area has stairs, leading down to a garden area which has been planted with trees and plants and therefore requires very little maintenance.
There is a little room just off of the terrace which contains the pool room, and also an area that could easily be converted into a study, office, or potentially a further bedroom.
The property also has a garage and under cover parking and in total there would be enough parking for three or four cars.
