We are thrilled to present this remarkable penthouse apartment to the Tenerife property market, offering you an incredible opportunity to transform it into your dream home.
It boasts breathtaking sea views and is ideally located in the coveted Sueño Azul neighborhood of Callao Salvaje.
The property comprises a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious lounge/dining room that offers an inviting ambiance, two comfortable bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. There are also the stairs conveniently located within the kitchen area leading up to the 3rd bedroom/lounge.
Step out onto the large terrace and immerse yourself in the beautiful views of the gardens and the sea beyond. This expansive outdoor space offers plentiful areas for sunbathing and hosting barbecues. Additionally, you will find there a second kitchen, perfect for outdoor catering, and a conveniently located shower room that has been prepped for the addition of a WC.
We highly recommend arranging a viewing to fully appreciate this remarkable property.
Sueño Azul…is…more of an area than a complex as such.
Built up since its inception in the late 80s it’s a good mixture of holiday homes and full time residential property spread over a large area of Callao Salvaje.
From Sueño Azul, it’s a short walk to the centre of town where you’ll find shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants…and some nice ones too and the beach is just a couple of minutes walk further on from the town centre.
In the western side of Sueño Azul is a swimming pool, which is a private, sea water, pool which has a bar area and although obviously owners and ideas change throughout the years, the last I heard was that there was a discount for residents of the area.
Although Callao Salvaje has a couple of hotels, it’s mainly a residential area and has quite a few long term residents.
The town itself has a good selection of shops, smaller supermarkets, bars and restaurants and if you can’t find what you need in the town, then the larger town of Adeje is just 5 minutes up the road.
The beach, Playa de Ajabo, was totally refurbished during 2011 and 2012 and reopened in 2014 and, although a volcanic sandy beach, which for some reason some people aren’t keen on, is a great beach with sun-beds and parasols and the sea is quite calm thanks to a water break which was built during the beach refurbishment.
