The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and electric blinds.
The external area of the property spans 270m2, including a terrace that wraps around the house, featuring a jacuzzi with a stunning view overlooking the coastline and ocean. From the terrace, you can access a large rooftop area via stairs.
Furthermore, on the lower level, there’s a guest suite with its private entrance, a double bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room or game room.
Callao Salvaje – The town
Although Callao Salvaje has a couple of hotels, it’s mainly a residential area and has quite a few long term residents.
The town itself has a good selection of shops, smaller supermarkets, bars and restaurants and if you can’t find what you need in the town, then the larger town of Adeje is just 5 minutes up the road.
The beach, Playa de Ajabo, was totally refurbished during 2011 and 2012 and reopened in 2014 and, although a volcanic sandy beach, which for some reason some people aren’t keen on, is a great beach with sun-beds and parasols and the sea is quite calm thanks to a water break which was built during the beach refurbishment.
