Entry is gained to this villa through a contemporary look wooden, glass and metal main door. Once inside you find yourself within a large landing/hallway with metal hand banisters leading downstairs to the garage. In the hallway are doors leading to the kitchen on the left, a visitor’s toilet which includes a hand basin, two bedrooms, a family bathroom and the lounge.
The kitchen is beautiful and fully fitted with all of the latest electrical appliances. There is a large table in the centre of the room with chairs a wall mounted TV, a window in front of the sink, which has views to the mountains above Adeje and the kitchen also benefits from having sliding French doors leading out onto the swimming pool terrace. There are plans to add an island to the kitchen, where the table and chairs currently are and also a breakfast bar on the empty wall to the right as you walk into the kitchen. Back out to the hallway and turn left and enter the large airy lounge/dining room. This lovely room has views out to the pool and outdoor chill out area through full height sliding French doors. These French doors are fitted with 10mm solid glass and are covered with a sunlight reflecting coating which keeps the room cool. On top of that this room also benefits from air-conditioning. A wall mounted flat screen TV delivers all of the entertainment and is linked to UK Sky TV.
Leather sofas make a distinct separation between the lounge area and the dining area. The lounge area has a coffee table and 2 more occasional tables, so there is plenty of space for furniture. The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs around it and also a storage/display cabinet. From this area there are 2 doors leading to 2 of the 4 bedrooms.
Both of these bedrooms are large and have fitted wardrobes. The master suite has full length tilt and slide French doors that lead out onto the swimming pool terrace. The garage is so large that it has been suggested that a wall could easily be added to make another large apartment by using the vented windows on the far wall. Another door would also have to be fitted, as would kitchen and bathroom, but considering the overall cost of this, it would add more value to the villa itself. The garage has remote electrically operated door that leads out to remotely operated gates that lead onto the road.
Back upstairs and outside there is a large 7M X 3.5M swimming pool and a shower too. There is a lovely seating area which has roll down blinds for privacy and to stop any breeze. The terrace has views of the sea and mountains and has the sun nearly all day and also has a separate sun lounge area.
The living area of this villa is all on one level and would clearly suit a wheelchair bound owner or someone who has difficulty with stairs. The whole property benefits from a water softener and there is also an extra water tank in case the water to the street gets shut off, the villa still has a certain amount of water for a limited time. The new Callao Salvaje beach is only a short walk away as is the town. Los Cristianos and Las Americas are both 15 – 20 minutes drive away.
Security is provided by video camera entry for visitors, outside closed circuit video cameras which can be viewed from the wall mounted TV in the lounge and all of the video footage is stored for 3 months. All windows have steel electric shutters and all of these can be closed by pushing one button if required. All windows have been imported from Germany and most are venting and opening as are the most of the French doors.
