This 4 bedroom detached villa has a lot of character, in addition to fabulous open sea views and a private pool, making it an ideal rental, vacation, or permanent home.
The property is well-suited for operating as a vacation rental business, and there is currently another property for sale next door as well. You could live in this one and rent out the one next door, and if you purchase both at the same time, there could be an agreement on pricing.
Upon entering the building through an arched wooden door, you are welcomed by a large living/dining room with beautiful typical Canarian wooden ceilings and solid wood beams throughout.
In the living/dining room, there is plenty of space for furniture. Currently there are 2 sofas and 2 large comfortable chairs, and the living room also features a fireplace with a TV above.

At the end of the hallway, there is a door leading directly to the garden and the pool, as well as the outdoor dining area.
When living in this property, a car is almost certainly a necessity, but there is enough space for two or three cars to park outside in a secure spot, and then you will walk through an arched gate covered with colorful flowers and through the well-established and well-maintained garden with a tiled path that winds through to the arched front door of the house.
Having passed through the house, there is a gate at the end of the hallway that takes us outside, where we find a very decent-sized garden that has been designed in such a way that it includes a shaded area for dining, as well as plenty of space for sunbathing around the large pool and a peaceful chill-out area in the corner.
The house benefits from having beautiful sea views throughout, but the pool area is where the best views are obtained, from Guaza Mountain, Los Cristianos, all the Americas, and right in front of the property is Adeje Golf Course with La Caleta just in front of that, and then to the right, we can see Callao Salvaje, the Hard Rock Hotel towers in Playa Paraíso, and out to La Gomera.
From this area, a gate leads to a lower level in front of the house. Here, there is plenty of space for storage or the potential to convert these storage areas into additional rooms.
At this lower garden level, there is plenty of space that could be converted into lawn or other leisure facilities, and at the end of this area, there is a set of stairs leading back up to the main front gate of the house.
Moraditas is only minutes from the village of Adeje, and although the area is up on a hill, this is one of the lower properties and therefore easier to reach on the hill.
