This uniquely designed house in the heart of Alcalá, just a short 5-minute walk from the sea and pier, has been renovated with great care and attention to detail.
Spread across 2 floors, it has a generous rooftop terrace, and it’s divided into 4 separate apartments, which can be merged if preferred.
Having a vacation rental license makes it perfect for holiday rentals or as a permanent home.
Additionally, there’s the option to reside on the ground floor while renting out the other apartments, ensuring extra privacy.
The house is well-lit both day and night, thanks to its great lighting.
It also comes with air conditioning.
The ground floor apartment has its own private entrance and includes a spacious living-dining area, a modern open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a well-lit open patio.
Conveniently, there’s a garage on the ground floor directly connected to the apartment for easy access.
Heading up the stairs, you’ll find a separate little house on the 1st floor. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an office space measuring 25m2, along with a 45m2 terrace.
On the upper level, there are 2 fully independent apartments, each with its own kitchen-dining area, bedroom, and bathroom.
As mentioned earlier, there’s a comfortable terrace on the 1st floor, complete with an awning and furnishings.
Additionally, there’s a generous rooftop terrace featuring a pergola, an outdoor kitchen, a sauna, a bathroom, and a laundry room – ideal for gatherings and relaxation.
You’ll find Alcalá situated on the south western part of the island of Tenerife, still picturesque and with charming natural beauty.
The narrow, cobblestone streets of the village lead you from the town square to the quaint whitewashed houses.
The buildings, largely traditional Spanish architecture, feature vibrant blue, green, or brown shutters, adding a dash of color to the otherwise serene landscape.
Alcalá was a busy fishing harbor, maybe not so busy these days but you can still watch local fishermen set out early in the morning on their weather-beaten boats.
The harbor is an ideal spot to take in the warm Tenerife sun during the day and in the evening, it’s a pleasure to walk along the promenade to watch the sunset as the sky turns a vibrant orange and red.
The village square, Plaza del Llano, is surrounded by a handful of authentic Canarian restaurants, coffee shops and local businesses.
The seaside restaurants offer a variety of delicious seafood dishes prepared in traditional Canarian style and there’s plenty to choose from.
Alcalá is just over half an hour from the south airport with Playa San Juan being 5 minutes drive to the east and Los Gigantes 8 minutes drive to the west.
