Inside

There’s a main entrance to this property, but if you buy it, you’ll more than likely use the back garden gate, so let’s start there.

Outside

Vista Hermosa – The complex

Vista Hermosa 1 is a great residential complex with a swimming pool and plenty of sunbathing areas and also a tennis court.

At about 5 minutes drive into the town of Los Cristianos, 15 minutes if you’re walking down, it’s close to everything but it’s not right on your doorstep.

The complex is up a hill, so it’s about a 20 minute walk back from the beach or town. If you’re not a good walker, you can get a taxi back for a few euros, it’s a fabulous option for a holiday home or a full time residence.

Los Cristianos – The Town

Los Cristianos is a bustling town in the south of Tenerife. 

Once a fishing village, it still retains much of its original charm and village feel in some parts, but offers the tourist and resident alike all of the required facilities of a modern town with banks, supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants. 

The port and church square are the main focal points of the town where during the evening you will find many of the locals meeting for a chat and a coffee or maybe something stronger.
