Los Diamantes – The complex

Los Diamantes phase 2 is also known as Club Tenerife. It’s a very popular holiday complex that has a hotel reception and is within 15 minutes walk of the beaches of Los Cristianos close to the Sunday Market.

In the immediate area of the complex you’ll find bars, shops, supermarkets and restaurants, but the centre of town is an easy walk from the complex too.

The complex has a heated pool in winter and there’s also a great pool bar.

You are allowed to rent these properties, through reception or by using an offsite management company, the hotel is open to that.

The 1 bedroom apartments on this complex rent for approximately 50€ per night and will quite easily rent for 40 weeks of the year.

Los Cristianos – The town

Los Cristianos is a bustling town in the south of Tenerife. 

Once a fishing village, it still retains much of its original charm and village feel in some parts, but offers the tourist and resident alike all of the required facilities of a modern town with banks, supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants. 

The port and church square are the main focal points of the town where during the evening you will find many of the locals meeting for a chat and a coffee or maybe something stronger.
